Edwin the Wolf completed his first Ironman relay. A stunning performance since he cycled with one prosthetic leg.
“On August 7th I took part in the full-distance Ironman relay. 180 km cycling in the south of Limburg. 180 km as fast as possible. Together with my Dutch Invictus teammates and friends Maxim and Sjors.
Since I cycle with one prosthetic leg and all the power has to come from one leg it’s a mental and physical challenge. It was painful and challenging, but when I finished the 180km I was more than proud.
For me, it’s proof that everyone can do so much more than they think and my Koersplaat Rideposter is a long-lasting reminder of this stunning performance.”
