1. How do I order a personalized poster based on my Strava link or GPX file(s)?

To order a personalized poster based on your Strava link or GPX file(s), simply choose the "Custom" option on our website. Enter your Strava link or share your GPX file(s), select the desired size and any customization options, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. After placing your order, our design team will create a unique poster based on your activity data.

2. How long does it take to design a custom poster?

Once you have placed your order, our design team will start working on your personalized poster. The design process usually takes between 12 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity and volume of orders.

3. Can I preview the custom poster before it is printed?

Yes, absolutely! After the design is completed, we will send you a preview of the custom poster via email. This allows you to review the design and make any necessary adjustments or changes before it goes into production. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the final result before we proceed with printing.

4. What countries do you deliver to, and how long does shipping take?

We have a global printing partner that enables us to deliver personalized posters to more than 33 countries worldwide. The shipping time typically ranges from 3 to 5 days, depending on your location and the selected shipping option. We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery to ensure that you receive your poster promptly.

 

5. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that it may take a short period of time for the tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.

6. What is your return and refund policy for personalized posters?

Since personalized posters are created specifically for each customer based on their Strava link or GPX file, we do not offer returns or refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, if you encounter any issues with your personalized poster, please contact our customer support, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

Currently, our customization options for personalized posters are based on the Strava link or GPX file you provide.
